Old pub left to rott in saddleworth moors jan 2012



















Today I came across this old pub in Saddleworth moors, i went to explore it in the rain.
The horse and jockey was its name, hard to tell how long it has been closed for or when it first opened but its just been left to rot. Debris, moss & bricks everywhere

    We used to drink there occasionally, it hasn't taken long to get into that state!

    It was a few years back, when kids were little. saw it a couple of months ago when we took Shelly back to Uni in Huddersfield
