Night photography at Salford Quay and Media City

This week i did a workshop at the Quays, looking at night photography and long exposures.

Last Tuesday some of the College students had arranged for a model to come in so they could practice there lighting and posing. It went very well and the students were really pleased with there results. They used mainly hard and soft lighting. white and black background.

Big hair do Salon event.

Last week i Photographed an event at a Manchester based hair salon called 'RCNQ'.
The event was called the 'Big hair do'. The night was good fun! here is a taster.

Last week (27.9.16) i went on a field trip around Liverpool city centre with the Wirral College HND first and second year students, we went to the Tate and Walker Gallery's and took photos around the city centre, here is a sample of some images i took on my mobile phone capturing city life.
